Earthworks / service of heavy construction equipment

Prior to starting of earthworks, we thoroughly review a geological conclusion and plan of foundation pit.We get acquainted with soil layers and constructional part of the foundation pit.If we reveal soil waters or rocky layers in the geological conclusion, we get prepared accordingly: in case of revealing of soil waters in the process of work we arrange direct foundation pit pumps and drainage system, and in case of rocky masses, we prepare relevant hydraulic hammers, so called “woodpeckers” or “rock breakers”.Our professional land-surveyors start tracing of a foundation pit.Simultaneously we arrange a territory of the working site. If necessary, we arrange relevant auxiliary buildings, place of washing of tires and storage necessary for fuel tanks.Following that we start excavating work directed by experienced managers of our Company; they organize a process of excavation of a foundation pit, manage heavy machinery, and in separate cases make independent decisions and provide levelling procedure.We deliver the foundation pit to the Customer according to the preliminary executed plan, and accordingly decrease their expenses for additional human resources.Besides, in case of appearing of groundwater inflow the Customer does not need to buy additional pumps and install them in the foundation pit.

Construction Geodesy

While construction of high-rise (many-storied) buildings it is necessary to conduct correct land-surveying works. Our professional team, starting from foundation of the construction, arranging of a foundation pit to completion of the building manages relevant works. Based on the construction and architectural drawing it accurately reflects drawings and traces constructional elements.It is the most important factor in complete fulfillment of the construction to enable its compliance with permit conditions and putting of it into maintenance.

Preparation of measuring drawings (separation / merging of lands, determination of land plot boundaries, servitude); Preparation of topographic plan (topographical survey); Internal measuring;Engineering-geodesic services (on construction of the real estate, a road and communications); Tracing of constructional details (columns, diaphragms, slab contours);Control of marks and coordinates; Creation of a network of supporting points; Preparation of executive drawings; Tracing of a foundation pit; Calculation of a volume of earthworks.
